SIT launched the “An analysis of Domestic Violence and Gender-Based Violence Perpetrator Services Offered in Kosovo” report
On the 8th of June 2021, SIT launched the report “An analysis of Domestic Violence and Gender-Based Violence Perpetrator Services Offered in Kosovo”.
The purpose of this analysis is to identify the services available by governmental and non-governmental institutions for perpetrators of domestic violence and gender-based violence. In addition to identifying the services available, this analysis addresses the challenges of relevant institutions in working with perpetrators of violence and some recommendations for public institutions to improve legislation and facilitate work in this regard. At the launch event, we had the honor to have guest speakers: Dr. Iris Luarasi from “Counseling Line for Men and Boys” from Tirana and Dr. Zarife Miftari – Sexual and Reproductive Health and Youth Program Analyst at UNFPA, Kosovo office.
