Shkodran Latifi
Youth Ambassador
Shkodran is a Cyber Range Engineer and has participated in the “Be a Man” club since 2016
Having attended training since then, he had the opportunity to participate in numerous workshops regarding reproductive health, leadership, gender equality, and violence prevention.
As a former member of the SIT team, Shkodran also contributed to the “Youth Voices Youth Choices” project as a Research Assistant in the project’s early stages while also representing Kosovo as a selected Youth Ambassador.
Endrina Ramadani

Endrina is a dynamic individual who excels in marketing & sales within the IT industry.
Her natural charisma has been a driving force behind her success from a young age, allowing her to contribute to various projects in different organizations. Her dedication to making a positive impact on the community is evident through her involvement in humanitarian initiatives and her mentorship of young individuals. In addition to her professional achievements, Endrina possesses a deep passion for art, particularly painting and sculpture. This creative outlet serves as a source of inspiration and personal fulfillment for her. Endrina's commitment to personal growth and development began during her time in middle school when she actively pursued various training opportunities. She eagerly participated in workshops focused on important topics such as , leadership, gender equality, violence prevention, marketing etc but mostly for entrepreneurship and business development. Her thirst for knowledge and her eagerness to expand her skill set led her to delve into the fields of entrepreneurship and marketing, where she continues to excel.
Through her diverse interests and unwavering dedication, Endrina is a remarkable individual who continues to make a significant impact everywhere she is.

Ass. Dr. Natyra Agani-Destani is a lecturer at the Department of Psychology at the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”, and a Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy specialist. She finished her Bachelor's studies in Psychology at the University of Prishtina, while she pursued her Ph.D. studies at the University of Clemson in the USA. Her field of interest in research includes the phenomenon of violence in the school context, peer bullying, migration, community interventions, and mental health problems among adolescents and adults. This is her first mandate as head of the board of SIT organization

She has more than 15 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical sector including governmental bodies (Kosovo Medicines Agency, Ministry of Health) and international pharmaceutical company representations. Belkize has also experience in working in private sector in marketing and sales; as well as lecturing (SH.M.M Luciano Motroni).
Moreover she is a founder and CEO of Life Pharma Services Sh. P. K. which specializes in services such as Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Intelligence.
Belkize is also a certified court translator from English into Albanian languages, and vice-versa.

Kadri Gashi is a gender issues expert and a professional counselor to work with perpetrators.
Throughout his career of more than 10 years in civil society, he has helped young people develop in terms of building the capacity to positively engage in their communities.
This process included a lot of boys and young men who have been engaged as multipliers of traditional gender norms. They helped address pressing social issues, including hate speech and intolerance, gender-based violence, and violent extremism. Gashi has previously been part of projects which aimed to support youth-developed community action projects. In this role, he supported the project’s outreach to over 1,500 youngsters and helped deliver training and guidance to participants on networking and project proposal development.Gashi has demonstrated a strong commitment to inclusion — working to engage and empower young women in rural areas.
From his work in civil society, Gashi brings extensive experience managing training-of-trainers to build youth competencies on a range of topics, as well as effective working relationships with key stakeholders at the municipal and central level working to support youth engagement.
Gashi is the first professional counselor in Kosovo for working directly with perpetrators related to violence, rehabilitation or even reintegration of perpetrators into society – certified by AGREDIS Center Switzerland, recognized by the Ministry of Social Welfare and Youth of Albania, and supported by IAMANEH.

Njomza Berisha is a Development & Program Manager at SIT. Berisha has a background in the Kosovar civil society organizations for nearly six years now. At SIT, she has been engaged for more than four years in various positions within the organization. Currently, Berisha is responsible for networking, fundraising, managing SIT’s programs and departments.
She currently is pursuing her Master's degree in International Relations and Political Theory at the University of Salzburg "Paris Lodron" in Austria and holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Prishtina "Hasan Prishtina".

Agon Osaj is a Finance and Administration Manager at SIT – Center for Counseling, Social Services and Research. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International General Management and is currently studying Accounting and Auditing – Master’s degree.
As a finance officer, he has seven years of working experience in non-governmental organizations and many successful businesses in Kosovo.
Osaj is working on the development of the organization in terms of finance and administration in the three departments of SIT.

Liridona Berisha-Shabani

Liridona Berisha Shabani holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philology, University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”.

She has been working in the civil society since 2016.
She has written several articles and produced videos relating to gender equality, violent extremism, education, women`s inheritance rights, women’s and girls’ empowerment, and similar.
She has worked as a translator for the “GlobalGirl Media” Bureau in Kosovo for more than a year and worked in several projects relating to girls’ and young women media education; global women, peace and security issues; inter-ethnical cooperation and education; peacebuilding; and civic education for youngsters.
She was the Head Commissioner of the “GlobalGirl Media” Bureau in Kosovo for a year.

Rron Rama is a Young Men Team Leader at SIT. He studies Social Work at the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”, Faculty of Philosophy.
He has attended training since 2016 and has been a member of “Klubi Bonu Burrë” since then. He attended training relating to reproductive health, leadership, soft skills, healthy lifestyle, gender equality, first aid and rehabilitation, family planning, inclusive health, and violence prevention.
He lobbies for gender equality, a healthy and free-of-violence society, through his volunteer work at SIT for around a year now.

She has been an exchange student for one semester at Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule in Regensburg, Germany. She has also been part of the Local Youth Action Council in Kamenica and, at the same time, has participated in various trainings on intercultural dialogue, social change, working with perpetrators and survivors safety .Currently, she is a Project Assistant at SIT and the leader of the youth group of Kosovo in YVYC project. Elsa is also engaged as a market researcher for Gilan region.

She has worked in the field of journalism for about 4 years, as a translator, interviewer, and journalist. Her focus of work has been in the field of law, where she has made a combination of work and her field of studies. Ardita completed the TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, and Discovery courses at the American University in Pristina RIT Kosovo (AUK), she also attended a course held by the International Summer University in Pristina, where she was finally awarded a certificate in American Criminal Law Justice. She also has experience as a Social Media Manager and as a Market Research Interviewer and is ready to contribute to the community and social fields.
