Even if we are stuck inside, we will still be able to practice some yoga at home while watching exercise on live streaming. Yoga is a great practice for both the body and mind, it will help calm your nerves and boost your immunity. It offers peace and mindfulness to its lovers and helps them get through daily stress. Let’s practice yoga and don’t forget to keep yourself occupied with productive activities!

*Arbëresha Maloku has been practicing and studying yoga since 2013, becoming an inseparable part of her life ever since. She works as a yoga teacher at “Transformohu” and at “Me Jehonën” studio.*

This activity will be held within the project “Men and Boys as Partners in Promoting Gender Equality and the Prevention of Youth Extremism and Violence in the Balkans”, implemented by CARE International Balkans in partnership with SIT – Center for Counseling, Social Services and Research and YMCA in Kosovo and supported by Austrian Development Agency, and Oak Foundation. This activity will be held in cooperation with Youth for Exchange and Understanding International as well.
