National Strategy for Protection from Domestic Violence

SIT was part of the consultation meeting for drafting the Strategy for Protection from Domestic Violence organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kosovo.

Civil society organizations, prosecutors, representatives appointed by the presiding judges of courts of all levels in the country, police officers, and other relevant actors are contributing to this Strategy for protection from Domestic Violence and the Action Plan 2022 – 2026.

Among other issues, SIT raised as a very important issue the work with perpetrators of domestic violence and gender-based violence.
