SIT held Advocacy Meetings
SIT held two advocacy meetings with the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, Department of Social Work of Faculty of Philosophy within the University of Prishtina, Department of Psychology of UBT College, K10 Coalition, Islamic Community, and Catholic Church. SIT informed these actors about the importance of working with perpetrators of domestic violence and gender-based violence. Furthermore, we discussed the National Strategy for Protection from Domestic Violence and Violence against Women and the Istanbul Convention based on Articles 12-16. This post is part of the “Counseling for Prevention” 2.0 project implemented by SIT and supported by UNFPA Kosovo.
