Are You OKay?

Together with our young people, this year we marked the International #MentalHealthDay, reminding each other like every other day of the year that mental health is extremely important for all of us! We spent this Sunday watching and discussing raising awareness videos, implementing interactive games, #breathing techniques, and discussing the “#AreYouOK?” Campaign. As always, we encourage you to pay attention to mental health and take care of yourself and others!
