Sht\u00ebpia, q\u00eb shpesh p\u00ebrmendet si sinonim i familjes &#8211; sht\u00ebpia si institucion shoq\u00ebror m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa si objekt banimi &#8211; edhe pse konsiderohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb shtylla e organizimit shoq\u00ebror, ajo q\u00eb ndodh\u00eb brenda sht\u00ebpis\u00eb ka tendenc\u00eb t\u00eb injorohet duke konsideruar q\u00eb si pjes\u00eb e domenit privat nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr domenin publik. N\u00eb fakt, \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht puna n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn private ajo q\u00eb edhe e mund\u00ebson zhvillimin e pun\u00ebs dhe jet\u00ebs jasht\u00eb saj. Prandaj, \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb edhe diskutimi mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebr\u00eb vendin e merituar dhe t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm n\u00eb publik.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, SIT gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs sa shum\u00eb prej nesh kemi qen\u00eb t\u00eb mbyllur n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi si pasoj\u00eb e masave t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarra p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar p\u00ebrhapjen e COVID-19, kemi filluar fushat\u00ebn t\u00eb titulluar \u2018Pun\u00ebt e shpis\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb gjini!\u2019 si p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb problematizuar pun\u00ebn q\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi nga nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb gjinore, kjo sepse duke u bazur n\u00eb p\u00ebrvojat tona por edhe n\u00eb studimet nga kjo fush\u00eb, shohim q\u00eb jan\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht normat, rolet dhe pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb gjinore ato q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb se kush \u00e7far\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi ka brenda sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, rrjedhimisht se kujt i bie t\u00eb bart\u00eb barr\u00ebn kryesore p\u00ebr t\u00eb tejkaluar k\u00ebt\u00eb kriz\u00eb globale q\u00eb si asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb solli fokusin pun\u00ebn q\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi dhe na ofroi mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb rimenduar raportin mes privates dhe publikes. K\u00ebto pun\u00eb n\u00eb domenin publik kufizoheshin si pun\u00eb esenciale, pra si t\u00eb vetmet pun\u00eb n\u00eb fakt t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar jet\u00ebn n\u00eb koh\u00eb krizash t\u00eb tilla si kjo e shkaktuar nga pandemia. Kjo gj\u00eb poashtu na mund\u00ebsoi t\u00eb shohim se si ne pun\u00ebn esenciale p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar mbijetes\u00ebn dhe mir\u00ebqenen e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb, e marrim si t\u00eb mireqen\u00eb madje duke mos e llogaritur fare si pun\u00eb kur kjo b\u00ebhet n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, aty ku kategorizimi i k\u00ebtyre pun\u00ebve si \u201cpun\u00eb t\u00eb grave\u2019 n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb dhe shum\u00eb shoq\u00ebri tjera patriarkale, \u00ebsht\u00eb kryek\u00ebput gjinor. K\u00ebshtu, duke u p\u00ebrpjekur q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mend\u00ebsi ta sfidojm\u00eb, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn tek gjeneratat e reja, me t\u00eb cilat ne edhe punojm\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb, duke u prezantuar praktika t\u00eb mira dhe duke i informuar mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi, u themi q\u00eb \u201cPun\u00ebt e shpis\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb gjini\u201d dhe q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb koha q\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb t\u00eb sfidojn\u00eb mend\u00ebsin\u00eb shtyp\u00ebse patriarkale.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb sjellur k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb n\u00eb publik, fushat\u00ebn e hap\u00ebm me nj\u00eb diskutim pik\u00ebrisht me tem\u00ebn \u201cPun\u00ebt e shpis\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb gjini\u201d, kjo me q\u00ebllimin q\u00eb t\u2019i prezantojm\u00eb, sidomos t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, me \u00e7\u00ebshtjet dhe konceptet kyqe q\u00eb lidhen me pun\u00ebn n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi dhe nd\u00ebrlidhjen e tyre me normat gjinore.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kur flasim p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, flasim p\u00ebr pun\u00ebt q\u00eb b\u00ebhen n\u00eb p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebri brenda sht\u00ebpis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar mir\u00ebqenien e njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb sht\u00ebpi. Nga ky definim p\u00ebrjashtojm\u00eb pun\u00ebn q\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi me pag\u00eb; qoft\u00eb nga njer\u00ebz t\u00eb angazhuar nga jasht\u00eb familjes, qoft\u00eb pun\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nga kompanit\u00eb e ndryshme, apo pun\u00ebn e njejt\u00eb me at\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi &#8211; siq \u00ebsht\u00eb pastrimi, sh\u00ebrbimi, apo gatimi &#8211; por q\u00eb b\u00ebhet jasht\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb dhe me pages\u00eb. P\u00ebrmes pun\u00ebve t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb fillojm\u00eb t\u00eb shohim pabarazin\u00eb gjinore prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebs p\u00ebsojn\u00eb grat\u00eb n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn private, e cila pastaj shum\u00eb shpesh reflektohet edhe n\u00eb at\u00eb publike. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normat, rolet, dhe pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb gjinore jan\u00eb ato q\u00eb form\u00ebsojn\u00eb jet\u00ebn e individ\u00ebve t\u00eb gjinive t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb kultura dhe koh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme. P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtyre normave p\u00ebrcaktohet se si individ\u00eb t\u00eb sekseve t\u00eb ndryshme duhet t\u00eb idenifikohen me gjini t\u00eb caktuara dhe p\u00ebrcakton se cilat jan\u00eb sjelljet e pranueshme apo t\u00eb pritshme t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre gjinive. P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtyre normave ndahen edhe pun\u00ebt q\u00eb pritet se duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhen nga gjini t\u00eb caktuara, si n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn publike ashtu edhe n\u00eb at\u00eb private. P\u00ebr shkak q\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat publike q\u00eb moti jan\u00eb par\u00eb si hap\u00ebsira q\u00eb u takojn\u00eb burrave, dhe grat\u00eb jan\u00eb identifikuar me sfer\u00ebn private, edhe puna q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sfer\u00eb ka mbetur si pun\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nga grat\u00eb. Kadriu thot\u00eb \u201cMe faktin q\u00eb t\u00eb punuarit me djemt dhe burrat n\u00eb sfidimin e pabarazive gjinore mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndikim pozitiv n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin dhe mir\u00ebqenien e vajzave dhe grave, po rritet edhe t\u00eb kuptuarit se si idealet e ngurta t\u00eb gjinis\u00eb dhe maskulinitetit mund t\u00eb sjellin rreziqe specifike edhe tek djemt dhe burrat.\u201d Disa prej k\u00ebtyre rreziqeve, Kadriu thot\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe t\u00eb kuptuarit e dominimit si nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb pushtetit, dhe pastaj presioni p\u00ebr t\u00eb dominuar q\u00eb mund t\u00eb qoj edhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e dhun\u00ebs dhe distancimin e djemve dhe t\u00eb burrave nga \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet si feminine, e k\u00ebtu hyjn\u00eb edhe tiparet m\u00eb njer\u00ebzore siq jan\u00eb ato t\u00eb shfaqjes s\u00eb emocioneve pozitive, p\u00ebrfshirjen n\u00eb jet\u00ebn familjare duk\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pun\u00ebn n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi siq \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdesja p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, gatimi apo pastrimi, t\u00eb cilat vazhdojn\u00eb q\u00eb brenda sht\u00ebpive t\u00eb shihen si pun\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhen nga grat\u00eb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar m\u00eb mir\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb mendojn\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00ebt e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb dhe rreth q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr ndarjen gjinore t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre pun\u00ebve, SIT p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs ka zhvilluar nj\u00eb pyet\u00ebsor me t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pyet\u00ebsor gjithsej kemi pasur 837 respodent\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, edhe pse shumica e t\u00eb rinjve mendojn\u00eb se si grat\u00eb ashtu edhe burrat duhet t\u00eb gatuajn\u00eb \u2013 91.8% prej tyre; pastrojn\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi \u2013 89.9%; dhe t\u00eb kujdesen p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt \u2013 97.6%, megjithat\u00eb shumica e tyre, 94.1% mendojn\u00eb se jan\u00eb grat\u00eb ato t\u00eb cilat sipas normave shoq\u00ebrore q\u00eb kemi n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, shihen si adekuate p\u00ebr t\u00eb gatuar, pastruar, dhe sh\u00ebrbyer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e dalura nga pyet\u00ebsori d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb pajtimit q\u00eb hendeku gjinor n\u00eb pun\u00ebt e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb ekzistoj\u00eb, dhe q\u00eb ndarja e pun\u00ebve t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb mes grave dhe burrave do t\u00eb kontribonte n\u00eb harmonin\u00eb familjare \u2013 88.6% e respodent\u00ebve u pajtuan se ndarja e pun\u00ebve n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi do t\u00eb krijonte harmoni m\u00eb t\u00eb mire n\u00eb mes t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb familjes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/t9xgZIt2IhYyz0uaD4NAb7Yw_KgmcKoCzfULHKdq71EgxQEoC50O8F-k0oC63eAcjAiTZrRHXihESuJEpIAaodoNzWH1iCWSpvhEHzjIcFb9ZpSxKcNSj2TJqjH0SBuCaS-8aGBKldM3nDKaYw\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebta t\u00eb rinj nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht jan\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri ku normat shoq\u00ebrore e gjinore akoma mir\u00ebmbajn\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin mir\u00ebmbahet pabarazia gjinore. 76.6% e t\u00eb rinjve nuk pajtohen aspak q\u00eb burrat nuk kan\u00eb aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb angazhohen n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim, pastrim, gatim, a p\u00ebrkujdesje p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, sidoqoft\u00eb, 46.7% e tyre mendojn\u00eb q\u00eb burrat hezitojn\u00eb t\u00eb angazhohen n\u00eb pun\u00ebt n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb presionit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe rrethit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/jWnRHNbrV_0IOPpVxfgm5yl3k950KDjrx8NuqAbFn4-yuKfQFxWT61OrCGL-IhwsrXvRqF4IvJeS4AIFCH2a_TxfEkEU_6zss50dBlLc029mm90f-9aV3JXirYBOwAHlF38wvHjnYp9FSNwKkQ\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Madje 88.6% e t\u00eb rinjve mendojn\u00eb q\u00eb grat\u00eb dhe burrat duhet t\u00eb angazhohen njejt\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00ebt n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, dhe 86.7% e tyre mendojn\u00eb se burrat dhe djemt\u00eb duhet n\u00eb angazhohen n\u00eb pastrim, gatim, dhe p\u00ebrkujdesje gjithsesi, sidoqoft\u00eb vet\u00ebm 17% e respondent\u00ebve jan\u00eb t\u00eb mendimit q\u00eb djemt\u00eb dhe burrat angazhohen n\u00eb k\u00ebto pun\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb me vajzat dhe grate; 41.1% e tyre nuk pajtohen aspak se angazhimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i barabart\u00eb mes djemve e burrave dhe vajzav e grave.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/w5MW3R_TTwpxp3p2zTop8zCN7t5jwjJ6YLlhXfGd0E2E9cdyXcObQU3sMwjmuwzWSwszxv8ztLbzc-whxDDogvJNdiOJ9lpQVy_Bk7VDyaY_bwBXfYwgsDXnzqRtYIiF3V8BzD-BYGMT0e12ZQ\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sidoqoft\u00eb, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr shumica u pajtuan se pun\u00ebt n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi duhet ndar\u00eb, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e mire e tyre \u2013 28.9% deklaruan megjithat\u00eb q\u00eb grat\u00eb jan\u00eb ato q\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb q\u00ebndronin n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, duke nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb pun\u00ebn jasht\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrkujdesur p\u00ebr sht\u00ebpi dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, dhe vet\u00ebm 2.6% ishin t\u00eb mendimit se burrat duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb. 27.5% e tyre ishin t\u00eb mendimit q\u00eb grate duhet t\u00eb kujdesen p\u00ebr sht\u00ebpin\u00eb dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt edhe kur ato punojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, 17.9% t\u00eb mendimit se grate kan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb angazhohen n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim, pastrim, gratim, e p\u00ebrkujdesje p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt. T\u00eb mendimit se m\u00ebnyra m\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur ndarjen e barabart\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive n\u00eb pun\u00ebt n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi \u00ebsht\u00eb duke i edukuar t\u00eb rinjt p\u00ebr r\u00ebnd\u00ebsine e ndarjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtye p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive \u2013 90.9% t\u00eb respondent\u00ebve ishin t\u00eb k\u00ebtij mendimi. Dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht \u00e7far\u00eb ne do t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb; t\u00eb punojm\u00eb n\u00eb edukimin dhe p\u00ebrfshirjen e t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb ndryshimet pozitive q\u00eb me patjet\u00ebr duhet t\u00eb ndodhin n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb.
