Ndoshta shum\u00eb prej nesh do t\u00eb argumentonin se p\u00ebrgjigja e k\u00ebsaj pyetjeje \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb \u2013 koha para \u00e7astit ku jetojm\u00eb, qoft\u00eb ajo koh\u00eb nj\u00eb sekond\u00eb apo mij\u00ebra vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e kaluara; ky \u00e7ast, \u00ebsht\u00eb e tashmja; dhe \u00e7kado q\u00eb vjen pas k\u00ebtij \u00e7asti \u00ebsht\u00eb e ardhmja. Mir\u00ebpo kur p\u00ebrfundon e kaluara dhe kur fillon e ardhmja? N\u00ebse ky \u00e7ast n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin jetojm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb aq i shkurt\u00ebr dhe ne l\u00ebvizim n\u00eb koh\u00eb m\u00eb shpejt se sa marrim frym\u00eb, si mund ta kapim \u201ct\u00eb tashmen\u201d? Si e nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb \u201ctashme\u201d dhe si jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb \u201ctashme\u201d q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb disi e shk\u00ebputur, n\u00ebse jo nga e kaluara, at\u00ebher\u00eb nga e ardhmja? N\u00ebse e tashmja \u00ebsht\u00eb aq e turbullt, ashtu si mund t\u00eb thon\u00eb disa dhe ne nuk e dim\u00eb n\u00ebse v\u00ebrtet mund ta kontrollojm\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb s\u00eb paku mund t\u00eb kemi kontroll mbi ngjarjet e ardhshme, pasi nuk mund t\u00eb ndryshojm\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb ka ndodhur n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn. Sidoqoft\u00eb, kur p\u00ebrballemi me ngjarje traumatike nga e kaluara, ato ngjarje priren t\u2019i japin form\u00eb t\u00eb tashmes dhe k\u00ebshtu, edhe t\u00eb ardhmes ton\u00eb. Tani, parafytyroni nj\u00eb jet\u00eb ku nuk jeni n\u00eb gjendje ta gjejm\u00eb at\u00eb \u00e7ast kur mund t\u00eb shk\u00ebputemi nga kujtimet e dhimbshme t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parafytyroni t\u00eb jetoni nj\u00eb jet\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7se pasqyrim i ngjarjeve t\u00eb dhimbshme mbi t\u00eb cilat nuk keni kontroll, nj\u00eb jet\u00eb e pritjes s\u00eb pafund, nj\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur paqen. P\u00ebr disa, koha ngriu n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin prej atyre \u00e7asteve t\u00eb dhimbshme n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe ata jan\u00eb ende aty, duke pritur. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb kuptimi i koh\u00ebs p\u00ebr familjet e personave t\u00eb pagjetur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. P\u00ebr ta, e kaluara, e tashmja dhe e ardhmja ekzistojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb dhe bashk\u00ebrisht, jan\u00eb udh\u00ebtim i dhimbsh\u00ebm i pritjes s\u00eb pafund p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjigje se ku gjenden m\u00eb t\u00eb dashurit e tyre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ferdonije Qerkezi, \u00ebsht\u00eb  nj\u00eb grua, burri dhe kat\u00ebr djemt\u00eb e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs jan\u00eb n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e personave t\u00eb pagjetur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Teksa kujton ndodhit\u00eb e asaj dite fatale, ajo tregon se \u00e7ka do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb or\u00eb pritjeje p\u00ebr t\u00eb dashurit e saj t\u00eb kthehen nga e nj\u00ebjta der\u00eb prej nga dol\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb vite t\u00eb t\u00ebra pritjeje, ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb ende n\u00eb pritje. \u201cAjo or\u00eb e kriminel\u00ebve t\u00eb pashpirt ka zgjatur 17 vjet tashm\u00eb\u201d thot\u00eb Ferdonija. Ora e saj e pritjes nuk ka fund kurr\u00eb, ajo jeton n\u00eb at\u00eb or\u00eb. Dy dekada m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb humb\u00ebn 6,057 persona si pasoj\u00eb e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb vitit 1998-1999 (ai q\u00eb konsiderohet konflikt i armatosur n\u00eb nivel nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, nga vendasit konsiderohet luft\u00eb). Prej tyre 1,600, ende nuk dihet se ku jan\u00eb, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se familjet e 1,600 personave t\u00eb pagjetur jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb pasiguri se \u00e7far\u00eb u ka ndodhur t\u00eb dashurve t\u00eb tyre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00eb gjesh p\u00ebrgjigje nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e tyre individuale, edhe pse tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb barr\u00eb personale p\u00ebr t\u2019i rezistuar harres\u00ebs s\u00eb publikut ku jan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb personat e pagjetur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Sipas ligjit humanitar, dh\u00ebnia e p\u00ebrgjigjeve p\u00ebr k\u00ebto pyetje \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e ish-pal\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb konflikt, edhe pse procesi i gjetjes s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjeve duket se nuk ka qen\u00eb prioritet p\u00ebr ta. Kujtesa e kombit ton\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00eb e quajm\u00eb \u201ckujtesa kolektive\u201d, n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb saj \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar mbi ngjarje t\u00eb tilla traumatike t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs. Megjithat\u00eb, narrativat hegjemone t\u00eb luft\u00ebs dhe nacionalizmit priren t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb dhe interpretojn\u00eb nj\u00eb kujtes\u00eb kolektive q\u00eb kujton disa, por harron t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. E kaluara n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, sikurse argumenton Assmann (2010) interpretohet dhe p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb identitet t\u00eb ri komb\u00ebtar. Gjat\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtj identiteti komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs, ka vet\u00ebm disa kategori q\u00eb ia dalin t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e diskursit publik p\u00ebr ezistenc\u00ebn dhe sakrific\u00ebn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekziston prirja q\u00eb personat e pagjetur t\u00eb konsiderohen si viktima pasive dhe k\u00ebshtu, jan\u00eb t\u00eb prirura t\u00eb harrohen nga institucionet publike, pasi k\u00ebto institucione jan\u00eb ato q\u00eb krijojn\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb dhe paraqesim kujtes\u00ebn kolektive. Edhe pse k\u00ebto institucione nuk e mohojn\u00eb tragjedin\u00eb e personave t\u00eb pagjetur, ato nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb nj\u00eb rr\u00ebfim t\u00eb dyzuar t\u00eb kujtes\u00ebs kolektive q\u00eb sillet rreth rezistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb armatosur dhe vet\u00ebflijimit, heronjve dhe viktimave dhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb asgj\u00ebje nd\u00ebrmjet, pra \u00e7do kategori tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrputhet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rr\u00ebfim, shpeshher\u00eb shp\u00ebrfillet. Barra e mosharres\u00ebs dhe rezistenc\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb kujtuar personat e pagjetur q\u00eb t\u00eb mos bien n\u00eb harres\u00eb publike i mbetet t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht familjeve. Ato po e shnd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb dhimbjen n\u00eb rezistenc\u00eb, duke ndar\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn e tyre si d\u00ebshmi a asaj q\u00eb ka ndodhur dhe duke p\u00ebrdorur z\u00ebrin e tyre p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebgjohen historit\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Historit\u00eb e tyre jan\u00eb prova se personat e pagjetur nuk jan\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs. P\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb nuk u jepen p\u00ebrgjigje p\u00ebr fatin e t\u00eb dashurve t\u00eb tyre, familjet do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u2019ua rikujtojn\u00eb institucioneve publike p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur p\u00ebrgjigje p\u00ebr k\u00ebto pyetje. Ata q\u00eb nuk heqin dor\u00eb jan\u00eb individ\u00ebt, edhe kur duket se institucionet publike tashm\u00eb e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb, familjet e personave t\u00eb pagjetur vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb presin, madje t\u00eb shpresojn\u00eb se nj\u00eb dit\u00eb, ndoshta papritmas, dikush do t\u00eb kthehet i gjall\u00eb, nga ana tjet\u00ebr Qeveria miraton ligje q\u00eb personat e pagjetur i konsideron t\u00eb \u201czhdukur\u201d, apo s\u00eb paku k\u00ebshtu i paraqesin fjal\u00ebt e p\u00ebrdorura n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Ky diskurs u krijua n\u00eb ligjin e vitit 2001 p\u00ebr personat e pagjetur dhe u kund\u00ebrshtua fuqish\u00ebm nga familjet e personave t\u00eb pagjetur. Ai sugjeron se meq\u00eb t\u00eb pagjeturit konsiderohen t\u00eb zhdukur, ka fare pak, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb aspak, shpres\u00eb se institucionet mund t\u00eb konsiderohen p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr gjetjen e p\u00ebrgjigjeve. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa \u201ct\u00eb pagjeturit\u201d vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb konsiderohen si num\u00ebr dhe jo si njer\u00ebz me histori individuale dhe nd\u00ebrsa institucionet publike vazhdojn\u00eb ta paraqesin tragjedin\u00eb e tyre si \u201cstatistik\u00eb\u201d, familjet e t\u00eb pagjeturve po b\u00ebjn\u00eb \u00e7mos q\u00eb ta dekonstruktojn\u00eb dhe ta humanizojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qasje. \u00c7do \u201ci pagjetur\u201d ka em\u00ebr dhe fytyr\u00eb dhe po t\u00eb mos ishte p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekjet e familjeve t\u00eb tyre q\u00eb t\u00eb na e p\u00ebrkujtojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, ne, publiku, me siguri q\u00eb do ta harronim k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb. P\u00ebr t\u00eb mos na l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb fytyrat e personave t\u00eb pagjetur dhe p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrkujtuar Kuvendin p\u00ebr detyr\u00ebn q\u00eb ka ndaj k\u00ebtyre personave, familjet e tyre i kan\u00eb vendosur fotografit\u00eb e t\u00eb pagjeturve p\u00ebrball\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb Kuvendit. K\u00ebto fotografi jan\u00eb ende aty, mbi nj\u00eb baner, ku q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb si kujtes\u00eb e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs q\u00eb ende \u00ebsht\u00eb aq e tanishme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebto fotografi kan\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb vend konkret p\u00ebr kujtes\u00ebn dhe vajtimin e familjeve, ashtu si Muri i Kujtes\u00ebs n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb, ashtu si varret e zbraz\u00ebta n\u00eb Krush\u00ebn e Madhe. K\u00ebto t\u00eb gjitha jan\u00eb vende ku mungon kujtesa publike dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn q\u00eb kan\u00eb familjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur p\u00ebrgjigje se ku gjenden trupat e t\u00eb dashurve t\u00eb tyre, me shpres\u00ebn q\u00eb s\u00eb paku t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u2019i varrosin, nj\u00eb ritual ky shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr tradit\u00ebn ton\u00eb. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nevoj\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb ndajn\u00eb kujtimet e dhimbshme dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur prehje, si dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb intensifikuar thirrjet p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjigje, familjet e personave t\u00eb pagjetur jan\u00eb organizuar n\u00eb grupe si \u201cThirrja e N\u00ebnave\u201d n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb dhe \u201cZ\u00ebri i Prind\u00ebrve\u201d n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebto grupe jan\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb shum\u00eb protesta n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe Gjakov\u00eb dhe kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur \u00e7do mjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos q\u00ebndruar t\u00eb qet\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb heshtjes s\u00eb publikut. Veprimet e tyre flasim m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa obelisku i bardh\u00eb i thjesht\u00eb q\u00eb Qeveria ka vendosur n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, q\u00eb u dedikohet personave t\u00eb pagjetur, nj\u00eb obelisk q\u00eb nuk ka asnj\u00eb mbishkrim t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson. Ndoshta vet\u00ebm ata q\u00eb e kan\u00eb vendosur aty e din\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019kuptim ka. Kur qeveria d\u00ebshton t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb nj\u00eb vend apo kujtim publik p\u00ebr t\u00eb pagjeturit e madje i konsideron ata si tragjedi e s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs pasi nuk ka p\u00ebrgjigje se ku ndodhen, t\u00eb pagjeturit konsiderohen si t\u00eb harruar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo familjet e tyre nuk e kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tragjedi pas n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe ende sot e k\u00ebsaj dite jetojn\u00eb me dhimbjen q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje. Ata na p\u00ebrkujtojn\u00eb se e kaluara \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e tashme. Edhe n\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb kuptonim asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr personat e pagjetur nga ai obelisk n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe n\u00ebse nuk do ta kuptonim se \u00e7far\u00eb ndjenje \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb jetosh n\u00eb t\u00eb kalur\u00ebn, k\u00ebt\u00eb do ta b\u00ebnim po t\u00eb vizitonim ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb-muze t\u00eb Ferdonije Qerkezit n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb. Ajo humbi burrin dhe kat\u00ebr djemt\u00eb n\u00eb pasditen e dat\u00ebs 27 mars 1999. Ende sot e k\u00ebsaj dite ajo nuk mund t\u00eb shk\u00ebputet nga ajo pasdite. Ajo jeton atje, n\u00eb or\u00ebn 6 pasdite, q\u00eb ka zgjatur kaq shum\u00eb vite. Ajo sjell nd\u00ebr mend nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb ngjarjesh t\u00eb asaj pasditeje a thua se kan\u00eb ndodhur nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb. Kur ritregon rr\u00ebfimin e saj, duke e th\u00ebn\u00eb e rith\u00ebn\u00eb, ajo rikujton se si ushtar\u00ebt serb\u00eb i kishin th\u00ebn\u00eb se familjen e saj do ta mbanin vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb or\u00eb dhe pastaj do t\u2019i l\u00ebshonin. Mir\u00ebpo ajo nuk e dinte se pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb at\u00eb \u00e7ast do t\u00eb fillonte pritja e saj e pafund. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sikur vet\u00ebm ta dinte se p\u00ebr t\u00eb, koha do t\u00eb ndalej pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb at\u00eb \u00e7ast. Ajo sjell nd\u00ebr mend holl\u00ebsi q\u00eb nuk i has n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb media publike tjet\u00ebr: djali i saj m\u00eb i vog\u00ebl, Edmondi vet\u00ebm 14-vje\u00e7ar, kishte qen\u00eb duke fjetur pas shpin\u00ebs s\u00eb saj kur erdh\u00ebn ta marrin. Ajo kujton rrobat e djemve dhe burrit t\u00eb saj, \u00e7far\u00eb p\u00eblqenin, \u00ebndrrat e tyre, shpresat e tyre. Ferdonija ka vendosur ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb dhimbjen dhe ekzistenc\u00ebn e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar si d\u00ebshmi e gjall\u00eb e asaj q\u00eb ka ndodhur, t\u00eb \u201cjetoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar\u201d si thot\u00eb ajo. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr ta mbajtur gjall\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn e familjes, asaj i \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me realitetin e ashp\u00ebr e t\u00eb qenit grua n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri patriarkale, ku i \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb luftoj\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn pron\u00ebsore mbi sht\u00ebpin\u00eb ku ajo ngriti familjen e saj dhe ku mban t\u00eb gjitha kujtimet e tyre. Krejt \u00e7ka do Ferdonija \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mund ta mbaj\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e saj dhe ta ruaj\u00eb si n\u00eb dit\u00ebn kur familja e saj u largua p\u00ebr t\u00eb fundit her\u00eb, ta mbaj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ndjehet se ende jeton me ta dhe q\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt t\u00eb shohin dhe ta ndjejn\u00eb m\u00eb pran\u00eb kujtimin e tyre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktualisht, sht\u00ebpia e saj \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi muze i personave t\u00eb humbur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Tani sht\u00ebpia dhe z\u00ebri i saj kan\u00eb kaluar p\u00ebrtej betej\u00ebs individuale t\u00eb Ferdonijes dhe rrug\u00ebtimi i saj individual ka arritur n\u00eb nivele vendore dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Sht\u00ebpia dhe z\u00ebri i saj jan\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb lidhje me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn q\u00eb na rikujtojn\u00eb se sa e pranishme \u00ebsht\u00eb dhimbja e Ferdonijes dhe e t\u00eb gjitha familjeve t\u00eb personave t\u00eb pagjetur. Ajo e sjell t\u00eb \u201ckaluar\u00ebn\u201d n\u00eb t\u00eb tashmen ton\u00eb dhe nuk na lejon t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb.
