Rrjeti Global MasterPeace, s\u00eb bashku me OShC-t\u00eb q\u00eb punojn\u00eb me t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb\/rejat (2 x Ballkan, 2 x Lindjen e Mesme dhe 1 Europ\u00ebn Per\u00ebndimore) sfidohen nga tema t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhura si mungesa e p\u00ebrfshirjes sociale, dilemat klimatike dhe mungesa e perspektivave t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit. OShC-t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr t\u00eb angazhuar, familjarizuar dhe fuqizuar t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb\/rejat.<\/p>\n

V\u00ebshtrimi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i nevojave p\u00ebrputhet me objektivin ton\u00eb par\u00ebsor \u201cp\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur kompetenc\u00ebn, kapacitetin dhe njohjen e OShC-ve (n\u00eb tre vendet partnere si dhe dy vendet e BE-s\u00eb) n\u00eb nj\u00eb koalicion transnacional t\u00eb OShC-ve duke m\u00ebsuar, vler\u00ebsuar, zhvilluar dhe zbatuar bashk\u00ebrisht inovacione. Formatet e arsimit joformal (NFE) q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin ambicien ton\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb angazhuar, lidhur dhe fuqizuar t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb\/rejat (ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht grat\u00eb e reja n\u00eb zonat rurale) jasht\u00eb m\u00ebsimit formal\u201d.<\/p>\n
