Si<br> \u00e7do dit\u00eb karantinimi, vazhdojm\u00eb ende t\u2019i zbatojm\u00eb<br> t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat masa, me shpres\u00eb q\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt t\u2019i<br> kthehemi normalitetit. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Sa i p\u00ebrket karantinimit, mund p\u00ebrshkruhet si nj\u00eb<br> dit\u00eb e zakonshme duke u zgjuar n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes nga<br> rrezet e diellit me nj\u00eb energji pozitive. Si \u00e7do dit\u00eb<br> tjet\u00ebr edhe kjo dit\u00eb pandemie na ka gjetur t\u00eb<br> bashkuar n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi me familje po ashtu duke i<br> zbatuar t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat masa, duke ndjekur rregullat si<br> q\u00ebndrimi n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi e gjith\u00eb familja. Vet\u00ebm babai<br> nuk e ka nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb pun\u00ebn, e ne t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt duke<br> l\u00ebvizur n\u00eb orarin e caktuar vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nevoja<br> ushqimore, dhe ka pasur raste q\u00eb ndonj\u00eb dit\u00eb<br> s\u2019kemi l\u00ebvizur nga sht\u00ebpia p\u00ebr t\u2019iu shmangur<br> kontakteve me njer\u00ebz por edhe n\u00ebse kemi dal\u00eb<br> kemi qen\u00eb t\u00eb pajisur me mjete mbrojt\u00ebse si maksa<br> dhe dor\u00ebza, po ashtu kemi pastruar duart me<br> sapun dhe i kemi dezinfektuar sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb<br> kemi mundur.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj krize kemi kaluar nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb <br> v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, duke u nisur nga gjendja ekonomike ku<br> kemi pasur nj\u00eb ulje finaciare pothuajse si \u00e7do<br> familje. Gat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe po ashtu edhe presioni<br> psikologjik ka qen\u00eb i lart\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb informimit<br> t\u00eb shumt\u00eb rreth njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb prekur me<br> COVID -19 n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb nga mediat televizive si<br> (Lajmet, debatet e ndryshme) dhe rrejteve sociale.<br> Pra k\u00ebto kan\u00eb ndikuar edhe n\u00eb \u00e7rregullime<br> jet\u00ebsore ku nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr to ka qen\u00eb \u00e7regullimi i gjumit<br> sa i p\u00ebrket an\u00ebs s\u00eb stresit por dita-dit\u00ebs filloi t\u00eb<br> kaloj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb m\u00ebsohemi ngadal\u00eb e t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatemi<br> me k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Sa i p\u00ebrket vetes jam duke u marr\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb me<br> aktivitete n\u00eb pamund\u00ebsi t\u00eb fitnesit, nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht<br> duke u k\u00ebshilluar me trajneren time si n\u00eb ushqime<br> dhe ushtrimet ditore. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb jam duke<br> shfryt\u00ebzuar edhe natyr\u00ebn p\u00ebr ecje si dhe p\u00ebr<br> vrapim pasi m\u00eb p\u00eblqen shum\u00eb natyra.Poashtu <br> po merrem edhe me pun\u00ebt e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, me lexim, dhe<br> gjithashtu po p\u00ebrgatitem p\u00ebr provime, si dhe po<br> hulumtoj n\u00eb internet p\u00ebr punimin e tem\u00ebs s\u00eb<br> diplom\u00ebs dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe duke harxhuar<br> koh\u00ebn me ndonj\u00eb film apo dhe serial, por duke e<br> kaluar shumic\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb n\u00eb rrjetet sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Edhe kjo dit\u00eb ka kaluar duke mbajtur edhe ligj\u00ebrata<br> online q\u00eb na \u00ebsht\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar nga Universiteti n\u00eb<br> pamund\u00ebsi t\u00eb takimit n\u00eb fakultet ku ligjerimi ka<br> qen\u00eb i rregullt nga ana e profesor\u00ebve.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj pandemie e kam gjetur m\u00eb shum\u00eb <br> veten duke i ndihmuar n\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb gatim, kam <br> m\u00ebsuar shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra rreth kuzhin\u00ebs duke u <br> munduar t\u00eb ushqehem m\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm. <br> Po ashtu gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe jemi edhe n\u00eb <br> muajin e shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb Ramazanit ku si shum\u00eb <br> besimtar\u00eb\/e edhe un\u00eb jam duke agj\u00ebruar,<br> duke kryer k\u00ebt\u00eb obligim q\u00eb na \u00ebsht\u00eb caktuar dhe <br> me shum\u00eb k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi duke pritur iftarin me familje.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb virusit i kemi anuluar ftesat e t\u00eb <br> af\u00ebrmve n\u00eb iftar si\u00e7 b\u00ebjm\u00eb \u00e7do vit gjat\u00eb muajit t\u00eb<br> Ramazanit.
