The DoYou(th)<\/strong> project, coordinated by SIT \u2013 Center for Counseling, Social Services and Research<\/strong> and co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union<\/strong>, unites six dedicated partners from Kosovo, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Germany, and the Netherlands<\/strong>. Together, they are shaping a regional movement that empowers young people to become active citizens and changemakers across the Western Balkans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over two years (2024\u20132026), DoYou(th)<\/strong> focuses on building the capacity, competence, and recognition of youth organizations (CSOs) by promoting innovative Non-Formal Education (NFE)<\/strong> tools that engage, connect, and empower young people\u2014especially young women and minorities in remote areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Main Goals<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Strengthen the capacities of youth CSOs through training, mentoring, and strategy development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Create innovative NFE materials that inspire youth through Artivism<\/strong>, Doughnut Economy<\/strong>, and Social Entrepreneurship<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build strong local and regional ecosystems linking youth, education, business, and local authorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Empower more than 140 young people to take leadership roles in their communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Key Activities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Online Training Cycles:<\/strong> 12 interactive online sessions focused on 21st-century skills, EU values, and innovative learning approaches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Artivism and Creativity:<\/strong> Youth workers and participants use art and storytelling to promote active citizenship and inclusion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Doughnut Economy Workshops:<\/strong> Introducing sustainable economic models that combine environmental and social responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Social Entrepreneurship Challenge:<\/strong> A transnational online event connecting 30 young innovators from the Western Balkans to co-create business ideas with social impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Brain Gain Summits:<\/strong> Four national summits gathering over 120 stakeholders from education, business, and municipalities to foster collaboration and sign Memorandums of Understanding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Global Visibility:<\/strong> Youth workers \u201cTake the Stage\u201d during MasterPeace global webinars and EU bootcamps, connecting with changemakers from over 15 European countries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Inspiring Outputs:<\/strong> 20 youth-led community projects, 20 podcasts, 20 short videos, and 26 published stories that highlight creativity, inclusion, and innovation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Vizioni yn\u00eb<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      By the end of the project, DoYou(th)<\/strong> will have created a strong regional network of youth organizations that cooperate across borders, share best practices, and continue to promote positive change beyond the project\u2019s lifetime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Through creativity, innovation, and collaboration, the project aspires to inspire a new generation of active citizens\u2014young people who are not only beneficiaries of change but leaders of transformation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
