{"id":1728,"date":"2021-03-11T14:55:11","date_gmt":"2021-03-11T14:55:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sit-ks.org\/?page_id=1728"},"modified":"2021-09-14T11:54:42","modified_gmt":"2021-09-14T11:54:42","slug":"youth-voices-youth-choices","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sit-ks.org\/sq\/youth-voices-youth-choices\/","title":{"rendered":"Youth Voices Youth Choices"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"translation-block\">Projekti \u201cYouth Voices, Youth Choices\u201d ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime dhe informacione m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr rinin\u00eb lidhur me sh\u00ebndetin seksual dhe riprodhues (ShSR) n\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrtej situatave emergjente, duke i nd\u00ebrtuar nevojat dhe p\u00ebrvojat e rinis\u00eb (mosha 14-30) t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit seksual, riprodhues, dhe sh\u00ebndetin e n\u00ebnave gjat\u00eb kriz\u00ebs s\u00eb COVID-19, me v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb tek ata m\u00eb t\u00eb cenueshmit n\u00eb 5 shtete n\u00eb rajonin e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor: Shqip\u00ebri, Bosnje, Bullgari, Kosov\u00eb, dhe Maqedoni t\u00eb Veriut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zyra Rajonale e Rrjetit Europian IPPF (IPPF ENRO) do ta menaxhoj\u00eb koordinimin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb projektit, e p\u00ebrkrahur nga nj\u00eb hulumtues\/e q\u00eb do ta zhvilloj\u00eb metodologjin\u00eb e hulumtimit dhe ta udh\u00ebheq\u00eb analizimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave. Qasja e p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb rini do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit. Ekspert\u00eb nga sektor\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm (t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, vemdimmarr\u00ebs, t\u00eb rinj\/reja) do ta p\u00ebrkrahin zhvillimin e rekomandimeve n\u00eb nivele nacionale dhe rajonale. Hulumtimi dhe rekomandimet e tij do ta formojn\u00eb baz\u00ebn p\u00ebr komunikim dhe iniciativa avokuese.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke i nd\u00ebrtuar indikator\u00ebt e propozuar t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs, p\u00ebrmes konsultimit me partner\u00ebt e projektit gjat\u00eb faz\u00ebs fillestare, Zyra Rajonale e Rrjetit Europian t\u00eb IPPf-s\u00eb (IPPF ENRO) do t\u00eb vendos\u00eb targete specifike p\u00ebr secilin indikator.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Ky projekt 30 mujor (2021-2023) do t\u00eb implementohet nga Zyra Rajonale e Rrjetit Europian t\u00eb IPPF-s\u00eb (IPPF ENRO), 4 shoqata an\u00ebtare t\u00eb IPPF-s\u00eb (ShA): ACPD Shqip\u00ebri, Shoqata XY Bosnje, BFPA Bullgari, HERA Maqedoni Veriore, dhe nj\u00eb partner lokal (SIT Kosov\u00eb). Partner\u00ebt e projektit do ta forcojn\u00eb ekspertiz\u00ebn, p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn, dhe reputacionin e tyre n\u00eb kontekstet e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur ndikim dhe me IPPF-n\u00eb duke ofruar ndihm\u00eb teknike t\u00eb ekspert\u00ebve e udh\u00ebhequr nga shtrirja dhe njohuria e tyre globale. Projekti do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb nj\u00eb qasje holistike dhe t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb d\u00ebshmi, dhe do ta aplikoj\u00eb n\u00eb aspekte t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb sjellur ndryshim. Kryesisht i targeton rinin\u00eb, me v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb tek ata q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb zona rurale dhe kushte sociale jo t\u00eb favorshme sikurse komuniteti Rom, por gjithashtu vendimmarr\u00ebsit dhe politik\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebsit si aktor\u00eb kryesor\u00eb q\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e sh\u00ebndetit seksual dhe riprodhues t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q\u00cbLLIMI KRYESOR: Nd\u00ebrtimi i nevojave dhe p\u00ebrvojave t\u00eb rinis\u00eb (mosha 14-30) t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit seksual, riprodhues, dhe sh\u00ebndetin e n\u00ebnave gjat\u00eb kriz\u00ebs s\u00eb COVID-19, sh\u00ebrbimet dhe informacionet lidhur me sh\u00ebndetin seksual dhe riprodhues jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb qasshme dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr rinin\u00eb n\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrtej situatave emergjente, me v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb tek ata m\u00eb t\u00eb cenueshmit n\u00eb 5 shtete n\u00eb rajonin e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Objektiva 1: Njohuria \u2013 rritje e nivelit t\u00eb kuptueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb nevojave p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndet seksual dhe riprodhues t\u00eb rinis\u00eb gjat\u00eb kriz\u00ebs COVID-19, sidomos atyre q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb zona t\u00eb thella dhe n\u00eb kushte sociale jo t\u00eb favorshme (p.sh. Rom\u00eb), duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb persperktivat e ofruesve t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe vedimmarrs\u00ebve, dhe mjedisin ligjor dhe politikat relevante si dhe praktikat q\u00eb rrjedhin nga to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Objektiva 2: Fuqia e rinis\u00eb \u2013 t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb projekt jan\u00eb t\u00eb fuqizuar t\u00eb avokojn\u00eb p\u00ebr qasje t\u00eb rritur n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet, informacionet, dhe shkollimin n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nevojat e tyre lidhur me sh\u00ebndetin seksual dhe riprodhues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Objektiva 3: Partneritete, komunikime, dhe avokim \u2013 Vendimmarr\u00ebsit dhe politik\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebsit kan\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtim t\u00eb rritur ndaj sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme dhe t\u00eb qasshme p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin seksual dhe riprodhues, dhe informata p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb periduhat e kriz\u00ebs dhe me fokus n\u00eb ata q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb zona t\u00eb thella dhe\/apo kushte sociale jo t\u00eb favorshme (p.sh.
